Eric and Amanda Thompson bought the agency in 2022 — both Colorado natives, both committed to keeping it the kind of office where someone picks up the phone and remembers your name. Between them, they bring 75+ years of combined experience to every conversation.
Eric grew up in Northern Colorado and has spent more than a decade in insurance, building relationships across the front range. He's direct, relationship-driven, and the kind of agent who'll call you back at 7 p.m. when a claim breaks bad. Outside the office, Eric is on a first-name basis with most of the agency's clients and a sizable share of the local small-business community.
Amanda spent more than twenty years in insurance and financial services — including eight years running the office as manager before stepping into co-ownership in 2022. She's the operational backbone of the agency and the person clients credit with making complicated business policies make sense. If you've ever called and had a claim untangled in a single phone call, there's a good chance Amanda was on the other end.

Stop by the office on Milestone Drive and odds are you'll be greeted by a dog at the door before anyone says a word. We've never apologized for it. A local insurance agency is supposed to feel like the place you'd actually want to walk into — and we think the dogs help with that.
